Let me introduce you to this incredible power couple Scott & Brook Manchester. Not only are they half the people they used to be (in a good way) they are my niece and her husband and I am so very proud of their weight loss journey that I just had to share their story with you.

For Scott his weight loss journey started back in college. Here’s what he has to say about it!
In college I weighed somewhere around 200lb. After college life caught up to me with my new job, getting married and having my two beautiful daughters, what seemed like overnight, I tipped the scales at 290 lbs. My feet and knees hurt constantly and I had no energy to do things with my family.
A buddy of mine once said to me "If you don't have your health, you've got nothing." This statement was so empowering to me that I knew I had to do something to get healthy.
My problem was starting without stopping. I had every excuse in the book. I would tell myself;

I'll start after my trip
I'll start after the party
I'll start after Xmas
I'll start after the summer
I'll start after football season...

I would start a program at the gym, then stop in a week or two. When you're out of shape the gym is a scary place. It's hard work and life gets in the way. Not to mention I wasn't fueling my body with the right nutrition and I could barely make it through a workout.
The reality is, you can never outrun the spoon or change a bad diet without a plan. I know this now. Getting back to your optimal weight is about 80% nutrition and 100% mind set!
Another roadblock for me was meal preparation. There was zero chance that I would have time to prep and weigh my food, package it up and take it to the office everyday! I needed something convenient. I needed something that would be sustainable. I needed something doable.
In August 2018 I found the Optimal Health Weight Loss Plan or maybe it found me? I was still just as busy, if not busier. In my first week I lost 13 lbs and this gave me inspiration to keep going. Could it be that I had finally found a program that really works and is so easy to follow? I was still skeptical but I continued eating my 5 nutritional meals a day and one healthy dinner and ultimately I lost over 75 lbs in 8 months! The best news is I never stepped foot in a gym! I now have literally ZERO pain in my feet or knees and I sleep great.The Optimal Health Weight Loss Plan has given me a new lease on life.

Brook's Weight Loss Journey:
Wow, what a difference 11 months and 51 lbs can make! I am a busy wife and mom and I work full time. It's easy to see how the pounds began to pile on over the years. I am very active and love running but without changing my diet my weight stayed the same.
My husband and I found the Optimal Health Weight Loss Plan and decided to make a serious change for our health. The picture on the left is 10 years of bad food choices and lots of stress. When I decided it was time for a change I wanted to lose 10-15 pounds. I began the Optimal Health Weight Loss Plan and I was so happy to see the weight begin to come off.
